The role entails understanding customers problems and providing suitable learning solutions for the same. This could be custom learning solutions for employees across all level in the organisation, and could be pure skill based or competency based solutions.
Rajendra has 18 long years of distinguished career in leading Business Development operations for high growth organizations. He has thorough and exceptional understanding of the Business Development process, is respected for building deep relationships and expanding accounts. He has extensive experience in client needs analysis with a consultative approach to organizational capability development needs, is an expert in building consensus across multiple organizational levels and has led cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and sales.
In his previous assignments he has led the B2B business for Manipal Global Education’s ( now UNext Learning) IT/ITES Vertical. Prior to joining Manipal Global Education, he worked with PT Education, where he managed the business for Institutional Sales & Strategic Alliances for south India.
Rajendra is an alumnus of Sardar Patel University – Vallabh Vidyanagar (Anand) and has completed his Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Masters in Business Administration.
